This Privacy Policy explains how Ahmad Fiaz, trading as Tensa Pro (“we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and discloses information about you when you access or use our website, mobile application, and other online products and services (collectively, the “Services”), or when you otherwise interact with us.
We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that your personal information is handled in a safe and responsible manner. By using the Services, you consent to the data practices described in this policy. If you do not agree with any part of this Privacy Policy, you must stop using our Services immediately.
1. Information We Collect
a. Personal Information. When you register for an account, we collect information that identifies you, such as your full name, email address, and any other contact details you provide. This information is essential for account management, authentication, and providing personalized support.
b. Billing Information. We will use third-party payment processors to handle subscriptions and credit purchases. While we do not store your full credit card numbers on our servers, we may collect billing addresses and transaction history to manage your subscription status and comply with financial reporting requirements.
c. Automated Technical Data. When you visit Tensa Pro, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, and access times. This data helps us optimize the platform for your specific device and detect potential security threats.
2. Prompt Privacy and User Content
a. Privacy of Prompts. We understand that your creativity is personal. Any text prompts or "Inputs" you provide to our AI models for the purpose of generation are considered private. We do not share your prompts with third parties (unless it is a legal organizatioon), nor do we display them publicly unless you explicitly choose to share your results or prompts via a public link or community feature.
b. Usage of Uploads. Any media you upload (videos or images) for editing or AI processing must comply with Section 4(a) of our Terms of Service (NSFW Policy). These files are processed through our temporary storage. For security and system performance, these uploads are deleted within 3 days of the upload date automatically. Once deleted, these files cannot be recovered or restored upon any request, including by the user or any third party.
3. Generated Content and Deletion Logic
a. Storage and The "Bin". The content you generate (Output) is stored in your account gallery. If you choose to delete a generated item, it is moved to a "Bin" or "Trash" state. We keep this content for exactly 30 days for security purposes and to prevent accidental data loss.
b. Recovery Windows. If you accidentally delete generated content, you may submit a recovery application within 7 days of the deletion. After 7 days, the content remains in our database for safety but is no longer accessible for user recovery. However, if a legal organization or government entity provides a valid application/order, we can recover deleted content within the full 30-day window.
c. Permanent Erasure. After the 30-day security period expires, the content is permanently purged from our servers and cannot be recovered by any means.
d. Violation Exception. If generated content that was deleted by the user is found to violate Section 4 of our Terms and Conditions (NSFW or Illegal content), Tensa Pro reserves the right to withhold that content. In such cases, the content will not be returned to the user, and immediate disciplinary action, including permanent account suspension, will be taken against the user.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve our AI generation tools and website functionality;
- Process transactions and send related information, including confirmations and invoices;
- Send technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support messages;
- Respond to your comments, questions, and customer service requests;
- Monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities in connection with our Services;
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent transactions and other illegal activities;
- Personalize the Services and provide content or features that match user profiles or interests;
- Comply with our legal and financial obligations under the laws of Pakistan.
5. Security Measures
Tensa Pro takes the security of your data seriously. We use a combination of technical, administrative, and physical controls to maintain the security of your information. This includes the use of Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption for data transmission and restricted access to our backend databases. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Third-Party Services
Our Services may contain links to other websites or use third-party APIs (such as payment gateways or AI compute providers). We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these third-party sites. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of any third-party service you interact with through our platform.
7. International Data Transfers
Tensa Pro is based in Pakistan. Information we collect may be processed and stored in Pakistan or other countries where our server providers maintain facilities. By using our Services, you consent to the transfer of information to countries outside of your country of residence, which may have different data protection rules than those of your country.
8. Data Retention
We store the personal information we collect for as long as is necessary for the purpose for which it was originally collected. We may retain certain information for legitimate business purposes or as required by law (such as tax and accounting requirements). When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it.
